Hi I am Amit Tavag. I am using the CANopen Stack. In that i am using DS301 as the Communication Profile & DS406 as the Device Profile. I want to change the Node-ID by SDO protocol. Is it possble? If possible, which is that Object. I mean INDEX & SUB-INDEX of the object. And which Profile.(communication profile or device profile).

Normally devices allow to read the node ID from object 0x100B only. Devices have ether jumper to configure the node ID or they use the CANopen LSS protocol to set baudrate and node-ID. You should check with the manufacturer to find which approach they use.
